Fruit Jams & Preserves

We prepare our jams with 50% mashed fruit and 50% pure cane sugar, lemon, with pectin added as a thickener. Using traditional recipes as a base, we make all of your favorite flavors as well as new combinations of fruit and spice for variety. We use try to use the best fruit available for taste and from local Michigan farmers whenever possible.
Pure cane sugar is the only sweetener we use besides the natural sweetness of the fruit itself. It is used as a preservative and as a flavor enhancer. You will not find any artificial sweeteners in anything we use, ever.
Our jam does taste like the fruit we use. The tartness of the fruit is present and the flavor is very intense. A teaspoon for a slice of toast is enough. Our jams do not spoil when stored in the refrigerator and can be left out without much harm.
